Job Overview

An ophthalmologist possesses the expertise and professional capabilities necessary to deliver comprehensive eye and vision care. These medical professionals are trained to diagnose, monitor, and treat all ocular and visual disorders, including conditions affecting the eye and its components, eyelids, orbit, and visual pathways. The specialists operate independently from the main hospital campus, often functioning as a distinct entity.

Key Responsibilities

The American Academy of Ophthalmology is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist specializing in Retina. The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative and established practice comprising over 20 specialists, including multi-disciplinary Ophthalmologists and Optometrists. The new associate will inherit a well-established practice in their specialty, presenting excellent opportunities for both recent graduates and seasoned Ophthalmologists.

Education

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) - Required

Licensure
