**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee the broker back office functions, including transaction coordination, compliance, and record-keeping, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to agents on transactional processes, contract negotiations, and compliance requirements, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Conduct regular broker file reviews to uphold company policies, state regulations, and ethical standards, maintaining the integrity of our operations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for agents on back office procedures, software tools, and compliance protocols, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and staff regarding back office inquiries, issues, and training needs, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Collaborate with the Broker of Record and corporate leadership to establish and enhance back office systems and processes, driving operational excellence and innovation.
- Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization, contributing to strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new agents, providing guidance and training on back office operations, and fostering a culture of excellence and integrity.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in real estate back office management, maintaining our competitive edge and industry leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Licensed California real estate broker.
- Proven experience in real estate back office management, transaction coordination, or similar roles, with a focus on luxury properties and condominiums preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in real estate software and office tools, such as transaction management systems Broker Edition, Zipi, LoanWolf, Brokermint, ZipForms, ZipForms BackOffice, Glide, Constellation1, QuickBooks, NetSuite CRM software, Brokermint, Showingtime and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Previous experience in training or mentoring real estate agents is a plus, along with a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
