Position Overview:

BRANCH OPERATIONS SPECIALIST II

What is the role? This individual will manage a variety of branch transactions specifically for Entertainment Operations, excluding new account setups. They will excel in delivering outstanding customer service and assisting clients with various transactions. A solid understanding of banking policies and procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the back-office operations of the branch.
  • Provide the branch with the necessary flexibility and expertise to perform Client Service Representative duties as needed. Actively engage in cross-selling City National Bank products and services when suitable.
  • Coach branch colleagues on policies, procedures, and processes across various functions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a bank branch or operations role with cash handling experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct customer service experience.
  • At least 2 years of basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banking environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A general understanding of branch operations is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to perform branch roles with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of Federal Regulations and banking policies.
  • Thorough understanding of banking products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to effectively manage problem situations with colleagues and clients.

Compensation: Starting base salary: $27.62 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
