Opportunity Programs and Compliance Coordinator

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform administrative duties to support the Opportunity Programs & Compliance Department with compliance reporting to outside compliance officials related to DC First Source, HUD Section 3, MBE/WBE participation and other local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
- Collect required compliance-related documentation and reports from trade partners and Company.
- Participate in trade partner outreach and networking events.
- Assist with prequalification of trade partners.
- Maintain confidentiality of prequalification documents received from trade partners.
- Organize and update business files and documents (both digital and hard copy) timely and efficiently.
- Assist with management of Company data and documents including bid registration forms, certifications, vendor verification forms, statement of intent, Company-wide efforts, and other applicable data for maintaining compliance.
- Interact and communicate professionally with Company team members, trade partners, clients, and local, state, and federal authorities.
- Assist with implementing and administering workforce development programs, including answering student questions, coordinating attendance, assisting the trainers and community-based organizations, placing food orders, and reporting to program authorities.
- Attend workforce development training classes.
- Attend required corporate meetings, training programs, and seminars/webinars.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- High school diploma.
- 2+ years of professional work experience.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to drive issues to completion.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with trade partners to obtain required information.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and other applicable software.
