Do you love the **event industry**? Can you interact with customers in a way that **elevates their experience**? Are you passionate about **being at the centre of large-scale, high-energy events** and liaising with other event staff, suppliers, and customers? If you answered "yes", then we might have the perfect job for you
MIA Productions is looking for eager event staff who will work on the ground during our Copa America package events to help ensure seamless operations and an exceptional experience for our clients.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing a Concierge desk at your designated hotel to assist Copa America package holders with getting their event wristbands, providing them with giveaway items, assisting with their check ins at the hotel, and providing local tourism and food recommendations.
- Note: This is a contract-based position. You will receive a contract with a start and end date for every event and the specific duties of this role may vary slightly with each event._
**What you’ll achieve during your contract(s)**:
- Act as a front facing representative of ABSOLUT Sport and MIA Productions
- Assist with concierge/info desk daily duties
- Assist with hotel check ins/outs
- Assist with general customer inquiries
- Provide customers with dinner and entertainment recommendations in the area
- Direct clients to transportation locations
- Relay customer complaints/suggestions to the appropriate channels
- Other operational tasks as required

Copa America Hotel and Transportation Package by ABSOLUT Sport for the Brazil vs. Costa Rica and Venezuela vs. Mexico games.
