Job Overview:
**Legal/Administrative Assistant - part time/full time - In Person**

Transactional and Litigation law firm in Warner Center/Woodland Hills, focused on business, real estate and probate and trust matters seeks a legal/administrative assistant with excellent attention to detail.

Duties will include billing and bookkeeping, interactions with clients, creation/maintenance of files, maintaining court calendars (hearing dates, discovery schedules and deadlines), state court filings & county recordings (eFiling and service of process), drafting (retainer agreements, correspondence, deeds, business entity documents), photocopying, scanning, and sorting incoming mail. Computer experience in Outlook and Word required. Computer experience in TABS/Practice Master, OneLegal, helpful, but not required. Good sense of humor important. California Notary Public preferred.

Must be available to start immediately. Salary DOE.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Travel requirement:

- No travel
