Rotating weekends

**Salary: $23 - $28**

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce communication protocols to streamline interactions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Actively listen to customer feedback, identify recurring patterns, and communicate valuable insights to the product development and quality assurance teams.
- Develop and implement problem-solving strategies to enhance the team's ability to provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to ensure a consistently high level of service.
- Conduct regular training sessions for customer service representatives, focusing on skill enhancement, product knowledge, and effective communication techniques.

**A successful Customer Service Manager will have**:

- 3+years of experience in Managing Position in Customer Service / Call Service
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and leading a customer service team.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to long-term planning for the improvement of customer service processes and outcomes.
- Effective problem-solving, addressing customer issues, and implementing solutions to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, other departments, and customers.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
