- Create policy designed to improve integrated primary violence prevention efforts across multiple directorates.
- Coordinate with members on the multi-disciplinary prevention team at National Guard Bureau (NGB).
- Monitor revised training by evaluating fit to the target population with consideration to acceptability and feasibility of the training

- **Specialized Experience**: One year of specialized experience which includes participate in decisions that are related to policy-setting matters and long-range program planning; ensure the planning, coordination and execution of training and conferences; improve internal and external programs for compliance.
- This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service (GS-12 or equivalent).

**Education**:
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone-no substitution of education for experience is permitted.

The Supervisory Development Course (SDC) must be completed within one year of placement into a supervisory position and then completed as a refresher course every three years.
