The Regional Coordinator provides administrative support (booking travel, managing regional calendar, gathering/compiling data for reporting and personnel record keeping, compliance efforts, etc.) for the assigned region and Regional Director.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Books and manages travel and Egencia accounts for the employees in designated region and region partners such as LP, Visual, etc.
- Ensures PARs are filled out correctly and in a timely fashion and submits to appropriate partner.
- Updates new and terminated associates from SPURS and other workforce systems as needed.
- Ensures compliance by monitoring, auditing and managing use and access for: DMBR, CAMS (OSR/Alarm), Kronos, BOX file sign-offs, marketing checklists and others as assigned.
- Collects and audits information to ensure proper supply and equipment is provided to each retail store.
- Collects and audits data for reporting purposes such as SORT reporting (SPR, Kronos, top/bottom callouts), bonus spreadsheets, etc.
- Manages and keeps Regional Calendar updated with important dates and timelines such as inventory, DM on Deck, etc.
- Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
- Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations.
- Adheres to local, state and federal laws.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
- Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations.

- 1+ years of administrative experience
- 1+ years of retail sales or inventory experience
- Bachelor's Degree or some college preferred
