This role is standalone in the region but will collaborate closely with the People and Culture team at our corporate office in the US. The position requires a strong background in all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, talent acquisition, and payroll management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional capable of developing and implementing HR strategies to support our diverse team in the APAC region.


Essential Functions

  • Implement Regional HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding, and payroll management.
  • Oversee the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.
  • Administer payroll for the region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax and labor laws.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management and team leaders across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across different countries in the APAC region.
  • Drive cultural initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support organizational development.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and recommend solutions to employee relations matters.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees at all levels, promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices across the APAC region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages spoken in the APAC region being an advantage.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Inter level: Microsoft Office software, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Chat GPT
Requirements:

Education and/or Experience and Physical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional role covering the APAC region.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time during the shift.
  • Finger, wrist and hand dexterity with repetitive motion
