**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Promptly & professionally responds to resident and employee inquiries
- Assist with collection procedures on delinquent residents
- Assists with move-ins, and move-outs
- Apartment Tours
- Assists with Marketing the property according to Fair Housing guidelines and Resident Selection Plan
- Assists with property inspections
- Assist with renewals
- Assist with security deposit reconciliations
- All other duties as assigned

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in residential property management or similar
- Extraordinary interpersonal & communication skills
- Physically able to perform regular inspections of the property, with or without accommodations
- Software knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi (preferred but not required)

**Hours / Benefits**

This is a full-time position that includes paid holidays, vacation time, and a full benefits package that includes health insurance and 401k. A company cell phone will also be provided. Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with some weekend hours required during prime leasing season/move-ins/outs.
