This intense interval-based cardio and strength training workout, backed by the science of target zone heart-rate monitoring, has been featured in the numerous national publications (Shape Magazine, Men's Health, LA Times, The Today Show, Good Morning America, etc.) and is touted as the 'best one hour workout in the country,' whereby participants of all different ability levels burn 500 to 1000 calories in a 60 minute session. This workout helps build strength, increase energy, surpass workout plateaus, and tone and shape bodies like no other.

Orangetheory Fitness is looking to hire long term, new fitness membership consultants and customer service experts to join its first-class team in our Carmel Valley studio. **Part-time employees must work three weekdays and one weekend day.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed all sales goals and key performance indicators (membership sales, retail and concessions, renewals, workout traffic and attrition)
- Establish and maintain an effective customer referral program
- Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems
- Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
- Lead OTF studio tours with new client prospects
- Welcome members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly, positive environment in the OTF studio
- Register all guests into the studio using proper registration procedures
- Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
- Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Follow up and follow through with all prospective clients
- Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns
- Conduct proper on-boarding all new OTF clients
- Work closely with Trainers/Coaches to ensure that members have first-class experience every time they visit
- Attend and participate in all relevant OTF training programs

Skills/Qualifications:

- Must have a passion for people
- Must be attentive, outgoing, positive, friendly and engaging
- Must have previous sales experience
- Must be willing to enthusiastically sell based on a quota and commission-based pay structure
- Must have outstanding customer service skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, high-energy environment.
- Must be able to work as a team with other Sales Associates and Trainers/Coaches
- Must be flexible and potentially willing to work weekends when needed/requested by your Studio Manager
- Must have basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Word and Excel

- Minimum of a high school diploma is required

Orangetheory Fitness offers competitive compensation and benefits (including free membership) with hourly base pay plus commissions and performance bonus potential in a top-notch working environment.

Opportunities are available for part-time schedules. Early morning hours, evening hours, and weekend hours are also available in addition to "standard" working hours.
