**The Role**:
As an Assistant Teacher/Counselor at Lifeworks,., you will provide direct supports to the people we serve, you will teach and provide activities of daily living, you will provide opportunities for the people we serve to be an inclusive part of their community and will have the ability to, make a real difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll be based in a beautiful home in the suburban town of South Attleboro, MA, and as a welcoming gift, you'll receive a $2,000 staff retention bonus shortly after joining our family.

We're searching for an enthusiastic individual who will bring their personality, an independent work ethic, a strong belief in enhancing the lives of those we serve and strong teamwork skills to join us as an Assistant Teacher/Counselor in our Residential programs. **What You’ll Do**:
Collaborate with an exceptional team to plan and engage in fun activities. Help individuals lead more independent and secure lives in their community. Provide support through case management, life skills coaching, and advocacy.
