Job Summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of counseling services to patients in our addiction treatment program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavioral science, experience in supervisory roles, and a passion for helping individuals achieve long-term recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Counseling Staff: Provide clinical supervision to counselors and counselor interns, ensuring they provide high-quality treatment services to patients.
  • Manage Caseloads: Assign and manage caseloads for counselors, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of counseling services.
  • Monitor Treatment Plans: Review and countersign assessments and treatment plans for quality and accuracy.
  • Facilitate Performance Improvement: Facilitate performance improvement discussions, documentation, and follow-up with counseling staff.
  • Screen Patients: Screen potential patients and determine eligibility for treatment services.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews: Conduct quality assurance file reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with Incident Reports: Assist with completing incident reports and patient death reports as needed.
  • Participate in Staff Meetings: Participate in staff meetings to discuss program development, employee performance, and patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in behavioral science required; LICSW or LMHC required; MSW preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in addiction treatment and case management; 1 year of supervisory experience required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
