Assistant Property Manager

**Duties**:
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Assist in the leasing process, including showing units to prospective tenants, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information, rent payments, and work orders
- Assist with financial management tasks such as rent collection, budgeting, and expense tracking
- Support the Property Manager in implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer relationship management or property management preferred
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and familiarity with facilities management principles
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including knowledge of property management software (e.g., OneSite)
- Familiarity with LITHC
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
