- First Shift Position: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Averaging 30 hours per week with an hour lunch break. Additional hours available to work on Saturday mornings.

**Duties**:

- Conduct data entry for financial transactions by utilizing QuickBooks and Excel.
- Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks daily and monitor profit and loss statements.
- Responsible for preparing payroll and human resources management activities.
- Monitor truck drivers daily and handle the billable paperwork.
- Maintain records for insurance, maintenance, drug testing, Department of Transportation and inspections of equipment.
- Collect and bill out additional services for lawn care, snow plow and asphalt services.
- Prepare estimate for work utilizing QuickBooks.
- Training for U-Haul services we provide.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years accounting education or experience is required for this position.
- Knowledge of corporate accounting practices.
- Understanding of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the trucking industry is beneficial.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle for work.
- We are a drug free work environment.
- No Firearms are permitted on the premises.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
