**About the Opportunity**:
Our Patient Coordinators are the backbone of our clinics. They are working collaboratively with their teammates to ensure the clinic is running efficiently. Our PCs have a direct impact on our patient’s overall experience and are providing world class customer service. The day-to-day functions include scheduling new and current patient appointments, answering incoming phone calls, greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting co-pays / other balances, and helping the clinic maintain exceptional performance. Our PCs will also oversee the Patient Representative at the clinic (if applicable).

**What You Will Need**:

- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Desire to lead and mentor others.
- Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
- Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.
- Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow.
