- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, ensuring a safe and healing space for patients.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of unit-based standards of care.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new staff and nursing students, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current BLS and/or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin and/or Illinois
- Ability to read, write, speak, hear, and comprehend the English language
- Physical, technical, and cognitive ability to use patient care equipment
