- Ensure management/ office schedule is organized, and all services are up to date
- Maintain Employee Records and Information with 100% accuracy
- Serve as a liaison between the office staff and management team
- Oversee administrative operations including maintaining office files, records and documents
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and tasks
- Assisting with meeting/event planning as needed
- Ensure seamless operations of office procedures

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of office management/ administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
