The Personal Training Sales Counselor position is a critical role for our members' fitness success plan
- Responsible for the overall growth performance and member experience of our Personal Training Programs.
- Spearhead sales, marketing, and strategic planning to enhance sales of Personal Training services.
- Collaborate with Fitness Sales staff to set up training assessments for new and existing members.
- Self-Motivated

- Sales/Commission Experience is preferred
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends

Pay Range:

- [Non-CA]: The greater of 16 per hour or $2.88/hr + net commissions, which realistically range from $200 to $1,200 per month.
- Monthly bonus opportunities.
