The Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist handles phone calls, computer data entry, logs maintaining refunds

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- handle phone calls
- maintain refund log
- create reports using excel and have knowledge of how to use various Excel functions

**Education**:

- High School Graduate preferred, need to know how to use computers
- Need to know proficient English

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Happy nature willing to work with others

**Equipment Used/Software Needed**:

- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Intermediate level

**Working Conditions**:

- Normal office working conditions
- A requirement is that no meat can be brought to the office and must eat lunch in already divided groups or eat out if you want.

**Other**:

- Work cooperatively with staff and customers.
- Must be willing to submit a background check and possibly a drug screen.
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- If applicable, must have valid driver's license or valid photo ID
- Must be available to work during company business hours.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
