We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management tasks.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols.
- Must fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
