**Daily Responsibilities**:
**Team Member Support**:Number one priority is supporting the staff working in the truck and shop by assisting when necessary.
- Dialing in, deep cleans, long lines, new trainee support, menu questions, etc.
- Ensuring proper shift coverage when team members call out sick or are unable to work.
- Touch base on any promotions, events, and/or additional tasks for the day that are out of the ordinary

**Efficient Shop Operations**:Oversees the shop is running effectively and efficiently by checking in daily on the following items. The manager takes initiative to solve problems as they arise.
- Hitting Sales Goals
- Staff Morale
- Completion of cleaning duties
- Temps in refrigerators
- Expiration dates on food items
- Cleanliness of property (trash, snow/ice/leaf removal)
- Organization of storage room

**Communication**:

- Uses Slack and face to face conversation to communicate with staff and owners regarding relevant daily information.

**Property Maintenance**:

- Clean up any trash on the property including the surrounding driveway and sidewalk areas.
- Keep customer and employee entries clear of debris + snow
- Report property and building issues to Sarah as soon as possible.

**Weekly/Monthly Responsibilities**:
**Ordering** the correct amount of goods within budget but also supplies enough goods until the next delivery.

**Meetings/Recaps**:Meet with leadership and supervisor(s) at least once a week to discuss previous week’s sales, labor, goals, accomplishments, areas of opportunity, events, etc.
- Effectively communicates with the Supervisor so they can execute within the truck as a team
- **One-on-Ones**:Routinely performs one-on-one feedback sessions with every team member and responds to feedback efficiently and in alignment with company values and standards..

**Equipment**:Maintains and cleans equipment on a consistent basis or delegates those responsibilities.

**Schedule**:Makes and publishes schedule consistently two weeks in advance and within budget

**Deposits**:Processes deposits and makes change
- Ensures deposits are correct and follows up with staff when they are off by more than $1.

**Garage/Loft/Backstock Cleanliness**:Consistently completes garage/loft cleaning responsibilities or delegates to the Supervisor.

- Ensures each team member has received proper training to perform their job efficiently.
- Schedules Ferris training as needed for new hires, continued education, or for seasonal changes.
- Trains staff on seasonal menu and community cup menu changes.
- Revisists training guides and daily task lists to keep them up to date.
- **Development**:

- Coaches and counsels team members for improved performance, documenting developmental plans as necessary
- After consulting with the leadership team, promotes and demotes employees when appropriate.
- Ensures that all team members follow the policies and proceedures outlines in the employee handbook
