Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the highest standards of program implementation and client care.
- Manage facility budgets, ensuring necessary supplies are stocked and expenses are controlled.
- Regularly monitor facility conditions, performing weekly safety "walk-throughs" and managing maintenance needs.
- Oversee the vehicle maintenance schedule and ensure transportation needs for all clients are met smoothly.
- Coordinate and participate in emergency safety drills and maintain compliance with Joint Commission Standards and HIPAA policies.
- Manage the client intake process and oversee the documentation and orientation for new admissions.
- Conduct and participate in staff performance reviews, manage onboarding of new staff, and ensure continuous training and compliance.
- Serve as an exemplary role model with a positive, caring, and professional attitude, maintaining the confidential nature of client interactions.
- Engage in monthly operations and quality assurance meetings, preparing and presenting necessary reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for insurance with agency vehicles required.
- Current First-Aid & CPR Certifications and a clean criminal background check.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20-30 lbs.
- Frequent walking, standing, sitting, bending throughout a regular work shift.
