Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Engineer to lead and coordinate activities related to various projects within the pharmaceuticals and biotechnology industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in engineering, validation processes, quality, and project management, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
  • Team Management: Provide specific directions to project teams through written and verbal communication to execute work in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and contingency strategies to address potential issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold project standards by ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a science, technology, or engineering discipline.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in commissioning and qualifying bio-pharmaceutical facilities and equipment or in a GMP manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Experience with project management or engineering, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Access skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service driven, problem-solving and analytics aptitude.
