**Position Title**: Executive Assistant to the President

**Location**: Upland, CA

**Company Overview**:
PPC Packaging is a 50 year old, dynamic and growing Primary Packaging company, with a commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable packaging solutions. The President of our company oversees multiple businesses within our portfolio, requiring dedicated support to manage sales and executive duties effectively.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the President with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for meetings.
- Coordinate and manage the President’s schedule to ensure optimal use of time.
- Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversee special projects.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
- Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and provide insights on sales strategies, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Assist with organizing client proposal and tacking opportunities
- Assist with setting up new leads, contacts, and projects and updating exising projects
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze competitiors and provide insights to enhance sales strategies
- Organize and manage company events and trade shows.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in CRM software preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively with team members on varying levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
