**Responsibilities**:

- Operations Oversight:

- Support the Director of Finance and Operations in managing the operations as they relate to the campus and facility to ensure efficiency, compliance, and adherence to school policies and procedures.
- Obtain and manage grant funding for security and facilities projects
- Oversee processes surrounding shipping and deliveries
- Security Management:

- Supervise security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures to safeguard the organization's students, employees, and visitors.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement to address security concerns effectively.
- Event Coordination:

- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, ensuring effective utilization of school facilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, requirements, and expectations.
- Coordinate logístical aspects such as food, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
- Oversee on-site event management, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of any issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in management, event coordination, and operations oversight.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, emergency response procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

Salary range for this role is $80,000-$120,000, depending upon education and experience.
