The responsibilities for this position include:

- Handling incoming phone calls and providing assistance to callers.
- Managing the ordering of materials required for projects.
- Overseeing the operations of our showroom and office.
- Providing assistance and support to customers as they enter the showroom, including greeting them, helping them find specific items, arranging product displays, organizing the showroom, demonstrating product features, and addressing any customer complaints that may arise.
- Receiving a daily report from another employee to stay updated on the team's activities.
- Having the ability to operate various office equipment, such as computers, printers, scanners, fax machines, and phone systems.
- Possessing good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Pay: $18.88 - $22.73 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
