At Preferred Dental Care, we firmly believe in the vital nature and importance of dental treatment. We know that bad dental health can affect the whole body and take years off people's lives. We are looking for team members who can help us in our mission to get rid of dental disease in all of our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Your main job responsibility is getting patients to WANT the dental treatment that they very much NEED.
- Presenting payment options for treatment
- You will be in charge of discussing finances with patients and calling financing companies on behalf of patients.

Dental office experience is not necessary as we will train you.

Our hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-6:30pm and Saturday 9am-3pm.

**Requirements**:

- Dental experience is not required.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication with dental assistants, other staff members, referring dentists, and the owner is a must.
- You must be a highly responsible individual to reach your goals every week and month since you receive bonuses on production. Staff morale is highest when everyone reaches their goals, so we set office goals that are attainable and helps everyone to feel accomplished.

If hired, your staff consists of some of the most highly trained dental assistants and office staff possible. The practice is well-managed and run. There are computers in all treatment rooms and workstations.

You also will receive a training package that will teach you how to communicate better to patients and how we to provide the best dental care possible - all with less stress and more satisfaction than you may have thought possible. We will teach you how to excel at your job.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
