CG Financial Services is seeking a motivated Managing Financial Advisor to join our team in Williamston, MI. This is an in-office position located in Williamston, MI. As the Managing Financial Advisor, you will provide ongoing client advice to deepen client engagement and maintain proactive, professional communication with clients to ensure an excellent client experience. Successful Managing Financial Advisors maintain high standards of compliance in all aspects of the business including team reporting and operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Further adoption of advice engagement and implementation as well as deepen client relationship. Further engage in planning areas to solidify quality of advice, identify potential new solutions, and enhance client relationship. Regularly report to and communicate with the Senior Financial Advisor and team regarding client service and account management. Escalate account administration problems/client issues if required. Coordinate and manage Insurance Application and Application Follow Up. Monitor your individual activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, completeness and accuracy. Ensure all correspondence is completed accurately and stored in accordance with team standards, as well as corporate and industry standards Attend and participate in weekly and quarterly strategic team meetings Assist with ongoing tasks/initiatives to ensure effective communication and optimal client experience delivery. partner with others within the organization to understand business strategies in place to achieve our goals. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field. Advanced degrees or industry certifications are a plus. Series 65 or 66 licensing required. Two (2) years of financial services experience highly preferred. Knowledgeable in formatting and analyzing client financial information. Experienced with general investment products (mutual funds, annuities, insurance, etc.) Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office, contract management software and Salesforce. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to develop positive working relationships with Senior Financial Advisors, Relationship Managers, clients and colleagues. Well-developed problem-solving skills sufficient to identify problems, generate solutions and decide on appropriate course of action.
