**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answer and route incoming telephone calls
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Coordinate schedules for/with installers
- Order materials for jobs
- Ensure CRM systems are updated with job notes
- Complete other clerical tasks as directed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous construction industry experience (Residential or Commercial) and familiarity with standard industry terminology and practices
- Excellent customer service skills and/or sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods is very helpful
- Must be experienced using a PC, Tablet, and Smart Phone
- Basic math calculations
- Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) applicants are encouraged to apply

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
