**How you’ll make an impact**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Works closely with Account Executives to build Media plans to achieve client goals/targets
- Approve, analyze, and review sales proposals from clients/agencies ensuring rate accuracy and inventory availability using our sales planning tool, ProposalPro
- Strategically utilize inventory to maximize revenue.
- Attend client meetings with Account Executive when needed.
- Monitor inventory at both the channel and show levels to review with management.
- Partners with Ad Sales Planners, Director and Sales management as needed.
- Assist on any ad-hoc projects as required for the department.

**What you’ll need**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equal relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in media advertising (radio and/or pricing & planning/sales analysis a strong plus).
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
- Must be able to focus on detail and think strategically.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under
- shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- ProposalPro experience a major plus.
- Wide Orbit experience, a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
