**The Role: Executive Assistant ($45-60K/yr)**

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. As we evolve into the next chapter of our growth, we are looking for someone who is kind, open, adaptable, a clear communicator, and who can work across the system to support our CEO in her work with our internal team, our clients, and our partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Meeting Preparation and Management**:Organize and coordinate meetings for the CEO and senior leadership team, including preparing agendas, collating materials, and recording minutes when necessary. Ensure all logístical arrangements are in place for smooth meeting execution.

**Task Management**:Maintain CEO task list, prioritizing and re-prioritizing as necessary. Ensure all necessary materials are easily accessible to do the work.

**Event Planning**:Support in the planning and execution of company events, workshops, and conferences, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and attendee management.

**Communication**: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and directing inquiries appropriately. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

**Document Management**:Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents.

**Space Management**:Provide light space management for our office in Central Boulder, including stocking office supplies and snacks, coordinating the space with partners, managing bookings for events.

**Travel Coordination**: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

**Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on various topics as assigned, compiling information and preparing summaries or reports to support decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two years’ experience in a support role. More is ok too We think this position could be a good fit for individuals at many different points in their careers.
- Demonstrated commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office365 and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant or comparable life and work experience are given equal consideration to formal education.
- Experience working in or with the B Corp community, employee-owned cooperatives and/or self-managing organizations a plus.

**Compensation**:Integrated Work offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including the ability to work remotely, generous time off, health, dental, vision, family leave, retirement plan, and profit sharing. We currently have a 40-hour work week and are exploring a 32-hour work week as our full-time standard. We will be experimenting with 4-day work week models this summer and make a final determination about the length of our work week by year-end. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, expected range is $45-60K based on a 4-day work week model.
