- Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere in the waiting area that receives positive feedback from clients
- Ensure clients are well-informed about their appointments in terms of time, cost, and expectations
- Maintain client engagement by organizing materials for new prospects and enhancing appointment excitement
- Foster strong client relationships that drive referrals and positive reviews
- Promptly manage appointments, payments, therapists and keep accurate records
- Provide clients with clear receipts and maintain meticulous financial records
- Sell memberships & add-ons for additional compensation.
