Job Summary

Arbor Lodging Management is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations and check-ins, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking
  • Process payments and handle guest issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve any concerns or requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive impression for our guests

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Hotel front desk experience preferred
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and Windows operating system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
