Photomask/photolithography Production Manager

**Company Description**:
- Have a thorough understanding of various lithography related systems including photomask manufacturing, resist technology, wet etch process, opto-mechanical systems, metrology and inspection equipment.
- You will supervise and work collaboratively with production and quality personnel assuring orders are completed on time and within specification.
- Aid in the development and modification of manufacturing and process conditions, define processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and review processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of photomasks.
- Review product requirements with the manufacturing staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods. Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variation for process or material specifications. May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved practices in the photomasking process.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs production related processes relating to assigned production equipment.
- Performs and oversees production, inspection and metrology related functions
to support production processes.
- Participate in process/product development.
- Establish necessary process controls, control techniques and process metrics.
- Partner with Equipment Maintenance in the development, documentation and scheduling of preventative maintenance procedures, and assist in the resolution of equipment problems in a combined effort to maximize equipment availability for production
- Train and educate lab personnel on processes, procedures, and process and product goals
- Performs and documents maintenance as required.
**Education/Experience**:
Bachelors Degree in related field or a minimum of three-to-five years related supervisory experience.**Salary will commensurate with experience**
