**Job Title**: Human Resources Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial screening of job applicants and coordinate interview schedules.
- Draft and prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and HR policies.
- Perform E-Verify and I-9 processes in compliance with federal regulations.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for HR-related tasks, such as payroll processing and employee data management.
- Maintain accurate and organized HR records and documentation.
- Actively participate in onboarding processes for new hires and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of practical HR experience is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to ask questions and seek clarification when needed.
- Diligent note-taking skills to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain confidential information.

**Education & Experience**:

- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or HR-related field) preferred
- 1-2 years of Admin or Office Support experience REQUIRED
