Bilingual Assistant Branch Administrator

Ruppert Landscape located in downtown Richmond (supports Yorktown VA as well) is in search of a bi-lingual Assistant Branch Administrator to join our growing branches. This position will begin as part-time while training, and can grow into full time by July 2024.
This Assistant Branch Administrator is responsible for assisting the Branch Administrator for maintaining and organizing all communication in and out of the office, general office duties, and a heavy focus on recruiting new field talent. This is a position that can grow with the company to becoming a full time Branch Administrator as our Yorktown satellite location grows.
This position will attend ELEVATE or KASH this summer (date TBD) at either our Richmond or Laytonsville, MD location. Please be advised that you may be asked to go to Maryland for 3 days for this training.
- Maintain and organize all communication in and out of the office.
- Manage Indeed, Jobvite, and other job postings.
- Be primary form of contact for all Spanish speaking applicants.
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
- Attending recruiting events and trainings.
- Coordinate and plan community service projects and employee relations events and other general office duties.
- Light office cleaning and organizing.
- Coverage in all administrative duties in the months of August through October while the branch administrator is on maternity leave.
Qualifications:
- A self manager, who is organized and always thinking of the next task without being told.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
- Applicants are preferred to have prior office administration experience and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Some Microsoft Office Suite experience. A short simple test will be provided in the in-person portion of interviews.
- Some office experience in a receptionist or administration position.
- High School Diploma/GED

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
