Executive Assistant, Global Ad Sales

The Global Ad Sales organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to support Directors on the Ad Tech Sales & Services team. This role will support 2 leaders who oversee teams of 300+ employees in total. In addition to serving as part of a close-knit EA team supporting the broader Ad Sales organization of 5000+ employees worldwide.

Key job responsibilities
- Complex calendar management and coordination of high-level internal and external meetings
- Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting
- Managing large event logistics (in-person and virtually) including catering, accommodations, and materials (e.g. global team meetings, management courses, team building activities, etc.)
- Planning space for the team and facilitating office moves
- Partner closely and proactively with Finance, HR, Recruiting, and EAs throughout the Ads org
- Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, and following up on outstanding items
- Identifying internal and external approaches to solve problems in a creative way
