We aim to seamlessly integrate TikTok's captivating user experiences into compelling branding experiences, placing video at the heart of our platform's success.As the Product Marketing Manager for the Global Brand & Video Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global go-to-market strategy and product roadmap for TikTok's premium video-focused products. From trending seasonal lineups to tentpole events and co-sold premium programs, you'll orchestrate initiatives that resonate with audiences while driving brand success on TikTok.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, product management, partnerships, and regional go-to-market teams to identify key gaps and develop strategic directions for our video solutions offerings. Lead the development of both inbound and outbound product marketing activities.Market Understanding: Utilize your expertise and market knowledge in video products tailored for brand advertisers to craft short and long-term strategies. Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to influence advertisers, agencies, and cross-functional partners positively.Go-to-Market Strategy: Define clear go-to-market strategies for TikTok's suite of video ad products, ensuring effective communication of value propositions to the market. Partner closely with the sales team to understand market needs and inform product development direction.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute regional strategies, programs, and initiatives effectively.Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of TikTok's video advertising products, advertising systems, operational processes, and measurement products. Leverage these insights to achieve customer goals and enhance product offerings.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:BA/BS degree or above.4+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products.3+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry, preferably at a platform or media company.Preferred Qualifications:Strong knowledge of brand advertising objectives and experience in developing compelling solutions across industries.Proficiency in product, sales, and marketing processes, from alpha testing to full launch.Ability to craft compelling product-centric narratives and simplify marketing messaging for global and vertical audiences.Strategic mindset with the capacity to drive large, complex go-to-market initiatives and challenge conventional thinking.Commercial acumen with experience building business cases using market research and analysis.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
