Seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator $50K to $60K per year + quarterly bonus, with path towards six-figure income.

We are looking for a Transaction Coordinator to offer general support to a team of commercial real estate agents.

We are looking for someone seeking full-time employment with remote work possible 4 out of 5 days a week.

An existing real estate license is not necessary.

Responsibilities: Assist Director of Transactions to accomplish duties Attend meeting and conference calls with agents Market research Property survey creation Tour scheduling Tour properties and conduct meetings with clients and prospects Proposal generation and submission Financial analysis and underwriting Negotiate commercial lease and sales transactions Interface closely with architects, contractors, lawyers, building owners, leasing agents, appraisers and other professionals involved in the commercial real estate business General scheduling Oversee team of virtual agents to perform administrative tasks Deal close out procedures Assist in client monitoring, gifting, and on-going outreach

Qualifications: MUST HAVE transactional experience supporting the sale, purchase, and/or lease of commercial property Real estate license preferred but not required Property research and marketing experience a plus

Knowledge of the Tampa real estate market

Strong written and oral communication skills

Attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Independent problem solver
