Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Process securities and cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvements and make recommendations to enhance trade flow processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve settlement-related issues and escalate as needed, recommending solutions to resolve complex issues.
  • Project Implementation: Participate in the implementation of assigned projects, including new products, services, and upgrades to platforms.
  • Policy Development: Identify policy gaps and formulate new policies to enhance the streamlining of trade flow processes.
  • Error Resolution: Monitor and provide solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide informal guidance and on-the-job training to new team members.
  • Risk Assessment: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients, and assets.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial transaction processing.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrated comprehension of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies.
  • Communication: Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
