Job Overview:
Compensation for this position is base plus commission.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software, to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in project management and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
- Experience with CRM software
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable deals.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to Relocate:
