**Duties**:

- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service with proper phone etiquette.
- Transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and other materials as needed.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic, using document management systems.
- Assist with proofreading legal documents for errors or inconsistencies.
- Assist with contract management, including reviewing contracts for compliance and maintaining contract files.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a paralegal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and strong organizational skills are required.
- Familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks are crucial in this role.
