With our team of industry experts, we?re positioned to serve customers from the initial stages of product conceptualization, through formulation and finally bulk manufacturing.
The **Manager of Quality and Safety** will act as the primary liaison for comprehensive quality assurance at AMCO Proteins and its sister company American Custom Drying.
**Job Duties**:
- Ensure compliance with operating conditions, HAACP, Safety, Food Safety, cGMP, and CAPA.
- Analyze QA and QC data per customer specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end customer complaint process.
- Oversee Quality Teams (HACCP, Internal Audit, SQF) and coordinate the environmental program.
- Handle defect classification and recommend product disposition on non-compliance reports.
- Supervise plant sanitation and pest control programs.
- Execute QA procedures, serving as the vital link between the plants and regulatory agencies.
- Manage audits, facilitate employee training, create/maintain SOPs and SSOPs, and provide effective oversight of Quality Operations.
