Join our team at Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center - Burlington, VT as a Quality Improvement Manager. This is a full-time position that requires a strong focus on quality initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality initiatives that impact customer experience and satisfaction.
- Support resident care, center systematic processes, center leadership, region, and area management with established guidelines regarding customer service processes and protocols.
- Provide education and training to staff on customer service, QAPI, and other relevant topics.
- Conduct regular meetings with Regional Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents to review region and center-specific opportunities.
- Participate in Region Meetings providing education and support upon request.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or other relevant field preferred.
- Five years' experience in healthcare delivery.
Pay Target: $75,000 / year
