We're seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding our employees, the community, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement site-specific Health and Safety programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align objectives.
  • Foster a safety-first mindset across the organization, leading safety committees and promoting employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance to management on compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Evaluate operational hazards, recommend corrective actions, and ensure protective measures are in place.
  • Conduct OSHA compliance training and operational hazard-specific training.
  • Support Workers' Compensation claims management, investigating incidents and recommending preventive measures.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Safety management, with 3 years minimum in manufacturing (food manufacturing experience is a plus).
  • Strong OSHA experience (certification a must), ASP or CSP (certifications a plus).
  • Bonus points for environmental compliance expertise (EPA, HAZMAT) and proficiency in EHS Management software.
