Job Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality initiatives that impact customer experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and support the development and implementation of quality initiatives that promote customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Collaborate with center leadership, region, and area management to establish guidelines for customer service processes and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working rapport with intradepartmental personnel within Regions and Division for collaboration, planning, and problem resolution.
  • Manage key ongoing procedures of customer satisfaction survey distribution, data collection, and report availability.
  • Provide education and support to center teams on processes such as QAPI, customer service, and use of quality reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or other relevant field preferred.
  • Five years' experience in healthcare delivery.
