Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and support the development and implementation of quality initiatives that promote customer satisfaction and experience.
- Collaborate with center leadership, region, and area management to establish guidelines for customer service processes and protocols.
- Develop and maintain a strong working rapport with intradepartmental personnel within Regions and Division for collaboration, planning, and problem resolution.
- Manage key ongoing procedures of customer satisfaction survey distribution, data collection, and report availability.
- Provide education and support to center teams on processes such as QAPI, customer service, and use of quality reports.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or other relevant field preferred.
- Five years' experience in healthcare delivery.
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 per year and a dynamic work environment that promotes growth and development.
