The Construction job site technician position is a critical piece of the project pipeline working directly with our in-house Project Management team. We need an individual who is looking to get their start in the construction industry and is willing to be involved in both highly physical work as well as logístical work. This person will have a strong sense of urgency, great organizational and time-management skills, and be able to embrace and use technology at a high level.

**A few essential duties include**:
- Maintains all assigned job sites daily, including disposing of construction debris, organizing materials, breaking down boxes and packaging, sweeping, mopping, pressure washing, and using various cleaning products and methods.
- Installs, maintains, and replaces protective materials on job sites to prevent damages, including plastic walls, ram board, OSB, etc.
- Installs, maintains, and services air scrubbers on all job sites, ensuring consistent and effective operation.
- Organizes worksite materials and tools, and stages items safely and effectively for maximum efficiency.
- Assists in procuring and delivering tools, equipment, and materials from suppliers to the worksite.
- Maintains security cameras on worksites
- charging batteries, troubleshooting operation, choosing effective locations, installing and uninstalling at start and end of projects, inventory, etc.
- Maintains McCully workshop by cleaning, organizing, and rearranging items (products, tools, etc) as needed to be most effective for efficient business operations.
- Monitors workshop consumable supplies, such as ram board and tape, and notifies supervisors when stock is low and an order is needed.
- Posts daily relevant information into BuilderTrend, including photos, job logs, and updates.
- Utilizes BuilderTrend to proactively plan for each project’s needs based on the schedule, purchase orders, scope of work, and messages between the Superintendent and client.
- Use the timeclock feature on BuilderTrend to accurately reflect hours spent on each specific project.
- Utilizes and maintains McCully vehicles, tools, and equipment in performing job duties, following all related procedures (inventory, reporting, permissions, etc).
- Performs other tasks, as assigned by supervisors.
- Ability to use hand/power tools and equipment as required by project
- Ability to lift 20/50/80lbs regularly
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Maintain reliable personal transportation/vehicle
