Role Summary:
The Senior Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. This role involves effective organization of work through subordinate teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling of crews, equipment, and subcontractors for optimal productivity.
- Establish and maintain a secure field office throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interpret project plans and specifications to guide construction procedures.
- Identify potential challenges in project plans and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with the Preconstruction Department on budget establishment and constructability reviews.
- Develop project schedules and address issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards during installation.
- Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors to discuss progress and safety.
- Maintain comprehensive jobsite documentation and manage subcontractor compliance.
- Oversee safety regulations and conduct safety meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry, specifically as a Lead Superintendent.
- Experience supervising projects across various sectors including Retail, Healthcare, and Education.
- Proficient in managing projects with diverse structural systems and delivery methods.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to control job costs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with jobsite software and MS Office Suite.
Note: Some travel may be required for project oversight.
